All sales are final unless an item arrives significantly not as described or is deemed inauthentic by our team. If you believe you have received an incorrect or inauthentic item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bounitnyc.com with photos of the item received.
Refunds are only issued for items that are verified inauthentic or significantly differ from the listing. Change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer's remorse are not grounds for a refund.
Once a refund is approved, you will receive store credit or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs for approved refunds are covered by BoUnitNYC. We will provide a prepaid label via email.
